Returns are accepted within 14 days of invoice date for books that are in in original condition. Items damaged during the return shipment will not be accepted. Return authorization in writing is required. Requests should include title, quantity, invoice copy or number, and reason for return. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error in order processing or shipping by America Quantum Media or the product is defective.
