All orders from individuals must be prepaid. Prepayment is not required with an library or institutional purchase order. The payment terms are net 30 days.

	Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of invoice date for books that are in in original condition. Items damaged during the return shipment will not be accepted. Return authorization in writing is required. Requests should include title, quantity, invoice copy or number, and reason for return. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error in order processing or shipping by America Quantum Media or the product is defective. 	Shipping and additional charges

Canadian Orders: $8.00 CAD for the first book and $2.00 CAD for each additional book; United States and International Orders: $9.00 USD for the first book and $3.00 USD for each additional book. Shipping costs are added to billed orders. Most orders will be shipped within 4 days of being placed if the items ordered are available. Items will be sent by standard mail, usually 4-14 business days in North America and 3-6 weeks for international orders.

Invoices are sent with shipments, or separately as required.

	Back order policy

If delivery is expected in fewer than 5 days, publisher will hold order and send all at once. If delivery is delayed, publisher will ship available titles and ship unfilled orders when books are received.<Back orders are held, and the library is notified, or handled according to library's instructions.>
